As you know, there are many options for marinating chicken thighs – beer, mayonnaise, kefir, cream…
The list could go on and on, but instead we will share with you a recipe for an original way of cooking meat with Coca-Cola.
To prepare the marinade for 6 chicken thighs, you will need 0.5 liters of cola and the following ingredients:
- 1 cup flour;
- 2 teaspoons salt;
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste;
- 0.5 teaspoon dry adjika;
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder;
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika;
- 15 g rosemary;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- ground black pepper – to taste;
- sunflower oil – to taste.
Combine a teaspoon of salt and tomato paste, then pour soda over the resulting mixture and add peeled and finely chopped garlic.
Mix the contents of the plate and transfer the boneless, skinless thighs into it.
Throw a sprig of rosemary on top and cover the container with cling film, then put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
After the specified time, place the thighs in a sieve to drain off excess liquid, and in the meantime you can prepare the breading.
To do this, mix flour, paprika, garlic, pepper, salt and dry adjika in a plate, then roll the thighs in the mixture on all sides and fry in vegetable oil.
