Onions are an excellent addition to many dishes, adding piquancy and exquisite aroma.

There is a very simple recipe for pickling onions. No bitterness or unnecessary steps - just the most common ingredients and incredible taste.
Products:
- onions – 2-3 bulbs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- boiling water – 1 glass;
- apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp;
- sugar – 1 tsp.
How to prepare
1. Peel the onions and then cut the vegetable into thin slices.
2. Next, place the onion in a deep container and add salt, sugar, and vinegar. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Then pour boiling water over the onion and leave until the marinade has cooled completely. Then place the onion rings in a colander to drain off excess liquid.
4. The onion is marinated. The rings can be added to sandwiches, burgers, salads or any other dishes.
