First, you need to prepare the carcasses, wash them and clean out the entrails.
After this, the fish should be dried using paper towels.
Then, on each fish, you need to make cuts 3 mm deep. This will help soften the small bones during frying, and sometimes even dissolve them.
Before frying, you can dip the product in a dry mixture of flour and spices.
But don't rush to put the fish in the frying pan. First, sprinkle a little salt on the pan to prevent the oil from bubbling. Then you can add the oil.
As soon as the product is covered with a golden crust and is ready, the fire should be turned off. It is advisable to let the fish lie on a hot frying pan for another 10-15 minutes so that the small bones completely dissolve.
