How to make a delicious herring appetizer

The fish needs to be thoroughly cleaned and divided into portions according to your taste. Place in a container. Then you need to divide a large onion into rings. It is also worth chopping the carrots.

Then add a couple of small spoons of French mustard, spices as desired. Add one small spoon of sugar and salt.

Pour a mixture of refined and unrefined oils over the fish. One herring will require about 75 ml of oil.
