Even from a minimum of products you can make amazing tasting dishes: for example, like this herring and bean salad.
To do this you will need:
- 200 g salted herring;
- 400 g beans;
- 100 g pickled cucumbers;
- 1 red onion;
- 4 eggs;
- a sprig of dill;
- mayonnaise to taste.
The herring fillet should be cut into small cubes and placed in a salad bowl.
Add a 400-gram can of canned beans here.
Hard-boiled eggs should be cooled, peeled and cut into small cubes.
The same should be done with pickles, while the onion should be cut into half rings and combined with the already prepared products.
Wash and dry the dill, chop it and pour it into a salad bowl, then season the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
Please note: the taste of the dish largely depends on the herring, so you should choose high-quality fish.
