How to cook dumplings so that the dish turns out decent and high-quality
The first thing to do is to choose a capacious saucepan so that the dumplings can be cooked in a sufficient amount of water. If there is not enough liquid, the semi-finished product will not be worthy.
It is better to add hot water immediately, having first brought it to a boil in a kettle. Next, do not forget about spices.
The ideal aroma and flavor is provided by the bay leaf, so we add it to the pan without fail. Also add some peppercorns.
You can add other spices at your discretion.
Cook the spices for three minutes.
We put the dumplings into the pan.
After this, the semi-finished product needs to be quickly mixed. In this case, the dumplings will not stick to each other and to the dishes.
Once the water starts to boil, you need to turn the flame down low and cook for five minutes.
Then you can serve them with any sauce you choose.
