You can also make fish pancakes. If you haven't tried this treat yet, it's time to fix that.
Moreover, you will need just a little – fish fillet. The best candidates to keep potato dough company are pike perch, notothenia, hake or pangasius.
So here is a detailed list of ingredients:
- 5 potatoes;
- 1 egg;
- 100 g white fish fillet;
- 3 tablespoons flour;
- 20 ml sunflower oil;
- salt and ground black pepper – to taste.
First, cut the fish fillet into pieces approximately 1x1 cm in size.
Now take the potatoes. They should be grated on a coarse grater and lightly squeezed out excess juice. To prevent the potato mass from darkening, it is recommended to add grated onion to it.
Add the egg, fish and flour, don't forget to add salt and pepper to taste, then mix thoroughly.
All that remains is to fry our potato pancakes in a preheated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
Immediately after you remove the pancakes from the heat, place them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
