- pork belly - 1.5 kg;
- garlic - 20 cloves;
- black pepper, crushed.

- kitchen salt.
How to do:
Cut the lard into convenient pieces.
Squeeze the garlic.
Rub the lard with spices and garlic.
Let the lard sit for 60 minutes.
Place the lard in bags, remove the air and seal.
Place the bags in cold water and start boiling. Once boiling, reduce heat and cook for 120 minutes.
Leave the lard to cool in water, then remove and place in foil.
