It is better if the chicken marinates under film in the refrigerator overnight, but half an hour at room temperature is enough.
Now you can start frying. To do this, prepare three plates. In one of them, pour breadcrumbs with a pinch of turmeric, so that the nuggets turn out a beautiful golden color.
In the second, add flour with a pinch of salt and pepper, and in the third, beat 2 large eggs until smooth.
Each piece must first be rolled in flour, then dipped in egg and finally dipped in breadcrumbs.
