While it can be said with certainty that everyone without exception loves fruit drinks, the attitude towards pieces of fruit and berries floating in a glass is diametrically opposed.
Small children may even refuse a healthy and tasty drink if they notice something foreign in their cup.
This problem is usually solved by straining it through a sieve or cheesecloth.
However, there is another, much simpler way, which does not require any extra movements.
To prepare fruit drink, you should prepare the necessary ingredients in advance - berries, sugar and gauze.
Place the berries in the middle of a piece of gauze folded in 2-3 layers and tie the fabric into a knot.
Now heat a pan of water and dip the gauze with berries into boiling water for no more than 5 minutes.
Important: water will leak out through the end of the gauze lying on the edge of the pan, so do not forget to press it down with a lid and place additional dishes underneath.
All that remains is to remove our bundle from the pan, squeeze it lightly and add sugar to taste.
