How to roll out dough without wasting extra flour: the dough will not stick to the table or the rolling pin

Many housewives are accustomed to generously sprinkling the table with flour before placing the dough on this surface.

In addition, the loose product often covers the palms of the hands.

This is done so that there are no problems with rolling out the dough. Thanks to the flour, the semi-finished product does not stick to the table or skin.

However, this approach has its drawbacks. Firstly, you have to use a lot of flour, which stains the table.

Secondly, the bulk product ends up in a flour base, which already contains enough of this component.

To avoid these troubles, it is worth using one interesting life hack. You will not have to use extra flour. At the same time, you will be able to roll out even sticky dough without any problems.

What to use instead of flour

Instead of sprinkling this product on your furniture and hands, it is better to use baking paper.

The parchment material should be placed on the table. The ball of dough should be placed on the paper.

The semi-finished product should be pressed down, and then a second sheet of baking paper should be placed on it.

You will get a "sandwich" that you can safely process with a rolling pin. The dough will stick only to the paper, but not to the table or your hands.

Once the rolling process is complete, the parchment material must be carefully removed from the flour base.
