An important condition: eggs, like vegetables, must be boiled.
Cool and peel the eggs, and don't forget to peel the beets, then simply rub the eggs with the boiled beets - this will give them a nice lilac color.
You can enhance the shade if you wait a little after the first dyeing and go over it with beets again, after which the eggs should be cut or grated and used as an effective decoration.
By the way, if you don't have beetroot on hand, don't rush to give up on your plan. Red cabbage will do as a replacement - it will be no less beautiful.
