A filling and quick snack in the form of toast is just what you need for breakfast.
The bread can be spread with butter, pate, jam, topped with an egg, vegetables, fruits or berries, or eaten without any additives.
The main condition is that the pieces of bread should be golden brown and crispy.
But how to make really tasty toasts if you don’t have a toaster in the kitchen? It’s simple – use a frying pan.
Important: When frying toast, you must follow several conditions, otherwise you risk getting croutons at the end.
First, you will need a non-stick frying pan for frying.
Secondly, do not add oil to the frying pan. Place the slices on a dry, well-heated surface. You can only lightly grease the surface of the toast with oil.
And thirdly, you should fry it over low heat, occasionally turning the toasts over – this is the only way they will become equally brown on both sides.
