Minced meat is not a product that you can just throw away in a bucket or flush down the toilet.
Meat has never been cheap, and therefore such a nuisance as sour minced meat can upset even the most reserved cook.
Let's figure out why the semi-finished product turns sour and what can be made from it.
Why does minced meat for cutlets go sour?
You can blame the added bread, cereals or onions. The only cereal that will not spoil the mince even in a few days is barley. Besides, not everyone will notice its presence in the mince.
What to do with minced meat
If the minced meat has turned sour, it can still be used, and not only as pet food.
Mix in a bowl:
minced meat, one egg, a little sugar, add baking soda slaked with vinegar, and if the mixture turns out to be liquid, you can add a little semolina.
Mix the ingredients, leave for 15 minutes for the semolina to swell, and bake like regular pancakes in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Bon appetit!
