How to cook

If there is millet porridge, we cook it from it.

Take the cooled porridge, mix it with cottage cheese and cream cheese, add sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous and thick mass is formed.

Next, we form flat cakes similar to cheesecakes, bread them in flour, line a baking sheet with parchment, grease with oil and lay out the flat cakes.
