When talking about vegetable recipes, associations arise either with the period of fasting or a diet.
But there are recipes that are not only praised by nutritionists, but simply delicious. We will tell you about one that you will be asked to cook again and again - this is a vegetable casserole.
To prepare you will need:
- 700 g cabbage;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 potatoes;
- 1 bell pepper;
- herbs, black pepper and salt - to taste;
- 3 eggs;
- 1.5 tsp sugar;
- 100 ml kefir;
- 10 g baking powder;
- 150 g flour;
- 70 ml vegetable oil.
How to cook
Cabbage is shredded, kneaded, carrots and potatoes are grated on a coarse grater, mixed with cabbage, pepper is cut into cubes or strips, greens are finely chopped. Then all ingredients are mixed.
Separately mix eggs, salt, sugar, pepper, kefir and stir. Mix baking powder with flour, add to the mass, stir and pour in vegetable oil.
Place the vegetables in a greased form, knead the dough until smooth and pour it over the vegetables.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the workpiece in it for 25-30 minutes. Serve the casserole slightly cooled.
