If you often treat your loved ones to biscuits, pies, omelettes and other similar products, you will probably be curious to know how to prevent baked goods from sticking to the dishes.
To protect yourself from such a problem, just stock up on an emulsion, for the preparation of which you need the most accessible ingredients:
- 30 g flour;
- 30 ml vegetable oil;
- 30 g margarine.
An important clarification: the margarine must be of good quality.
So, measure out the required amount of all the listed ingredients – not necessarily 30 g, the main thing is that they are equal.
Combine the ingredients of the non-stick emulsion in one bowl and beat with a mixer.
Please note that the device must operate at minimum speed.
All that remains is to transfer the resulting mixture into a suitable container with a tightly closing lid.
The emulsion should be stored on the refrigerator door.
Before you fill the baking pan with dough, coat it with a small amount of the prepared product - thanks to this simple trick, the baked goods can be easily removed from any pan.
