This meat salad is not only tasty, but also very filling, so it deserves a place both on the festive table and among everyday dishes.
To prepare it you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 pork tongue;
- 200-300 g chicken fillet;
- 4 eggs;
- 150 g cheese;
- 1 onion;
- 350 g champignons;
- 1 jar of pickled cucumbers;
- mayonnaise for dressing and salt – to taste.
The chicken should be boiled in salted water, and when the fillet has cooled down, cut into small cubes. In a separate pan, boil the pork tongue, clean it and also cut into cubes.
The mushrooms need to be chopped and fried together with the onion in vegetable oil.
Boiled eggs should be separated into whites and yolks, and cheese should be grated and mixed with mayonnaise to obtain a not very thick consistency, reminiscent of cheese sauce.
The cucumbers, which should definitely be small and crispy, should be cut into circles and you can begin assembling the salad.
The first layer should be chicken fillet, then mushrooms fried with onions. The third layer is pork tongue, followed by coarsely grated egg white, and then cheese mixed with mayonnaise. The sixth layer consists of finely grated yolk, and the final layer is made of neatly laid out cucumber slices.
Each layer should be greased with mayonnaise, and the finished salad can be decorated with herbs.
