Such a healthy and, undoubtedly, tasty product as cottage cheese can serve as a basis for dozens of amazing dishes.
If you are tired of syrniki for breakfast, prepare a cottage cheese pancake in a frying pan.
To do this you will need:
- cottage cheese – 200 g;
- wheat flour – 100 g;
- egg – 2 pcs.;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- baking powder – 1 tbsp;
- salt - a pinch;
- butter – 5 g.
Combine eggs, sugar and salt and beat with a whisk or mixer until all sugar grains are dissolved.
After this, add cottage cheese to the egg-sugar mixture, stir and add flour sifted with baking powder.
Mix all ingredients well. Don't worry if the dough is a bit runny - that's how it should be.
Prepare a frying pan with a diameter of 22-24 cm, melt the butter in it and pour in the dough, smoothing it out with a spoon or silicone spatula.
Cooking the curd flatbread under a closed lid will take about 25-30 minutes, the fire should be turned on at minimum. Then turn it over to the other side and continue to keep it on the stove for about 15 minutes.
You can decorate the finished dessert with powdered sugar or icing.
