There are many recipes for making pudding.
Children love them very much, so they always want to cook something new and unusual.
We offer another recipe for this dessert, which always turns out tender and airy.
Ingredients
- fresh milk - 0.8 l;
- lemon zest;
- vanilla sugar or vanillin;
- chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
- granulated sugar - 100 grams;
- corn starch - 20 grams;
- cinnamon or cocoa powder.
Method of preparation
Mix the zest of a whole lemon with milk, vanilla sugar and bring everything to a boil.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Add sugar to the yolks and beat them with a whisk until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Add cornstarch there and stir again.
Remove the milk mixture from the heat and strain through a sieve to remove the zest.
Cool it down to keep it warm, mix it with the mixture of yolks, sugar and starch to form a homogeneous mass, and put it on the fire.
Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens.
Fill the containers with the resulting mass, level it, sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder on top and leave the pudding to cool.
Then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
If you want to make chocolate pudding, instead of lemon zest, add cocoa powder, which has a high percentage of fat, or take a large chocolate bar.
