If you're wondering how to spend a long winter evening with your little one, try making a snowman.
As a result, you will get not only several exciting hours spent together, but also a ready-made craft for kindergarten or school.
To do this, you will need the simplest materials, including the following:
- White sock,
- Scissors,
- White threads,
- Rice groats,
- Textile,
- Glue,
- 2-3 buttons,
- 3 pushpins (2 black and 1 orange).
You should start with the sock, which needs to be cut into two parts with scissors. Make a cut along the foot near the heel.
Take the top half of the sock, turn it inside out and tie the fabric above the heel with a strong knot.
After this, turn the sock back inside out and fill it with rice up to the elastic.
By squeezing the sock slightly above the middle, give it the shape of a snowman.
Tie a knot at the top under the elastic band, then tie the figure in the place where the future snowman will have a neck.
The strip of fabric will serve as a scarf that you need to tie around the snowman's neck, and the other half of the sock will become his hat - just fold the bottom part over a few times.
Place the hat in its rightful place, glue the buttons to the belly and make eyes and a nose by sticking in stationery pins.
