Probably every parent wants their child to become a happy person.

But the dream does not come true in all cases.

Some children grow up unhappy. And sometimes it is the fault of their mothers and fathers.

Parents who forbid their child everything “for his own good” make a grave mistake.

After all, there are many prohibitions that harm a child, making him indecisive, uninitiative, unsure of himself, and secretive.

Allow your son or daughter to do the following:

Show emotions

A child who is forbidden to cry, laugh loudly, show anger or rage has a very hard time.

Such a baby is deprived of the opportunity to relieve stress. He is forced to "accumulate" emotions. Because of this, a boy or girl develops a secretive character.

Do you want your child to become more open and cheerful? Then don’t forbid him to show emotions!

Of course, you shouldn't allow your baby to be "loud" in any conditions. But you definitely need to set aside at least a couple of hours a day for emotions.

Ask questions

Don't forbid your child to be inquisitive. Let him gain knowledge and not withdraw into himself.

Tired of answering your child's questions? Then tell your child where he can get the information he needs (for example, "Look it up in the encyclopedia").

Show independence

The child wanted to do something difficult on his own? Give him such an opportunity!

Yes, at first the baby most likely will not succeed in anything. But let him train, acquire skills and become independent.

As such a person grows up, he will be able to cope with many difficulties with ease.

Be greedy

From early childhood, many people heard from their parents that “being greedy is bad.”

But give your child the opportunity to manage his own things.

If a boy or girl does not want to give their toy to another child, then do not force them.

Otherwise, you make him a person who thinks about others first, not about himself. Unfortunately, this approach can lead to unpleasant consequences in adulthood.

At the same time, tell your child about the possible consequences of greed: “They might not share with you either.”
