Body position
The chances of visual acuity deterioration are reduced if the student sits upright during classes. Parents should remind the child more often that the distance to the book and notebook should be about 30-35 cm, and to the monitor – 50-100 cm.
Lighting
When choosing a desk lamp for a student, give preference to fluorescent lamps, which should be placed on the left side for right-handed students and on the right side for left-handed students.
Eye exercises
