Set a good example
By imitating the actions of others, children learn about the world around them. Therefore, your task is to make sure that your son or daughter sees how their mom and dad regularly brush their teeth. After some time, the fidget will stretch out his or her hands to the brush.
Show that brushing teeth is fun and interesting
While brushing your baby's teeth, you can sing songs, tell stories, or just make funny faces. As a result, the child will begin to associate this procedure with something fun and amusing.
Encourage independence
Let your child not only choose his own toothbrush, but also apply toothpaste to it himself. If he wants to play with these hygiene products, do not snatch the toothbrush and toothpaste from his hands: just wait, and then, when the game is over, praise the baby and finish brushing his teeth.
Use help
You may not know it, but there are now many educational videos featuring characters brushing their teeth - encourage your child to enjoy watching one of them.
