Many modern parents are determined to develop their child in all directions.

For this reason, children study more and more, and there is no time left for rest.

As a result, the child faces fatigue, stress and nervous exhaustion. This outcome cannot be called positive.

Experts believe that this is primarily due to the fact that children are deprived of quality rest: after school they are forced to go to electives, additional classes, music, and sports sections.

How to help your child recover after school

First of all, it is worth remembering that the child experiences not only physical but also emotional fatigue. Therefore, it is not worth "pulling" him.

Children should first of all be treated to a tasty and healthy lunch and allowed to rest for at least an hour. During this time, children should be left to their own devices.

Let them play whatever they want, watch cartoons or chat with their friends. It is very important to give the child a "change of pace" to help get rid of the accumulated tension.

Some children may even need a short nap to recuperate. But conversations about school work, academic performance, and other important news should be postponed until the evening.
