Not long ago, scientists calculated that for health and longevity, not only the food we eat is important, but also the time at which we eat it.
The same goes for drinks, including coffee. It turns out that it also needs to be drunk at a certain time.
The results of the scientific work were published in the scientific publication European Heart Journal.

Research by scientists
The scientific study examined the eating habits of more than 40,000 adults.
All of them consumed coffee in its pure form or decaffeinated.
There was also a difference in the time of coffee consumption.
Some drank it between 4:00 and 11:00 inclusive.
The second group from 12:00 to 16:00 inclusive, and the third from 17:00 to 3:00 in the morning.
What we managed to find out
During the 10-year study, 4,295 people died.
Of these, 1,268 were due to cardiovascular diseases. Another 934 deaths were due to oncology.
After analyzing the data, the scientists concluded that drinking coffee during the day did not reduce the risk of developing the aforementioned diseases.
In terms of reducing the risk of premature death, scientists recommend drinking coffee in the morning.
Compared to other models studied, this was the best option.
But at the same time, researchers note that life expectancy is influenced by physical activity, a balanced diet, adherence to a diet, and giving up bad habits.
