If your back hurts after a workout, you can wear a dog hair belt.
Despite the fact that this “accessory” is nothing more than a placebo, it still works – at least, this is the conclusion reached by foreign researchers.
True, in their experiments they used not a belt, but woolen underpants, as a result of using which people really did begin to feel better.
Another thing is that it is not good in principle if your back hurts after training.
If the painful sensations arose as a result of too much stress, then it is enough to simply wait 2-3 days, after which the unpleasant sensations will go away and you will be able to exercise again - after you adjust your training program.
If the pain doesn't go away, you may be doing something wrong.
Perhaps your training program is not designed adequately, you have had a long break, or you have started doing new exercises that you are not yet ready for - no one can answer this question better than a doctor.
Warming ointments may provide temporary pain relief, but they do not solve the problem.
The same applies to elastic belts for back relief, which do not provide much effect.
But weightlifting belts will be useful for those who use heavy weights in training and work for results.
