Another drink that helps protect yourself from the flu, but be careful - if you drink concentrated pomegranate juice often, you can harm the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract.

There is a solution: scientists recommend using the concentrate in the process of creating cough syrups and as an additional ingredient for antiviral drugs.
