White, porous, milky or with nuts?
Who would refuse a piece of chocolate during a snack? After all, it is a favorite treat of many adults and children.
At the same time, everyone knows that such a dessert is harmful to health and leads to a lot of problems: excess weight, tooth decay, skin rashes, and so on.
But is there a chocolate that is less harmful? This question certainly worries those with a sweet tooth sometimes.
The answer to this question was given by nutritionist and molecular biologist Marion Nesl, reports the Daily Mail .
As the doctor noted, all types of chocolate can be called harmful.
According to a nutritionist, even dark chocolate does not have the antioxidant properties attributed to it.
As the specialist explained, during the preparation of the dessert, antioxidant-rich cocoa powder is usually mixed with sugar, cocoa butter and vegetable oils, which ultimately provide extra calories and are rich in sugar and fat.
