As Malysheva explained, regular consumption of these products reduces the risk of developing cancer and autoimmune diseases, and also helps maintain youthful skin.
Eating just 3 grams of Brazil nuts per day has been shown to reduce the risk of developing endometrial cancer, or uterine cancer, by 22%.
Half a teaspoon of flaxseed oil reduces the risk of developing autoimmune diseases by 15-20%.
As for oysters, they contain a lot of zinc, a deficiency of which leads to the formation of wrinkles.
