On New Year's Eve, alcohol can be seen on many holiday tables.
But it is important not to overdo it with such drinks, otherwise serious consequences cannot be avoided. Still, even in the smallest doses, alcohol causes harm to the body.
Psychiatrist and narcologist Andrei Ivanov told how much alcohol can be drunk during the holiday, reports AiF .
According to the doctor, the permissible dose that will not cause significant harm to an adult and healthy person cannot be more than 150 grams of any strong 40-degree drink.
If we are talking about weaker drinks, for example, wine or champagne, then the acceptable dose is 250 g. If you want to drink regular and not too strong beer, then you should not drink more than a liter of this drink on New Year's Eve.
It is important to drink only one type of alcohol; you cannot mix drinks.
