It is better to focus on foods that are rich in zinc and B vitamins.

Gastroenterologist Evgeny Belousov provided more details, RIA Novosti reports.

As the doctor noted, we are talking about seafood, for example, oysters, shellfish or herring. Beef and liver will also be beneficial.

In addition, you need to eat nuts, carrots, spinach and onions. Peas will be beneficial for the body.

In a conversation with journalists, the doctor emphasized that one should not drink on an empty stomach.

He reminded that the risk of poisoning increases if you drink alcohol in large quantities and do not take long breaks. Therefore, you should drink little and slowly.

You should also drink non-alcoholic drinks between alcoholic drinks to reduce the amount of alcohol consumed.
