If you feel full after eating, you don't need to continue eating. When your child is full, you can't force him to finish everything to the last spoon.

This will only lead to an eating disorder.

This was stated by psychologist Denis Dolgov, Doctor Peter reports with reference to the doctor’s Telegram channel.

The specialist added that parents should not force their child to finish everything on the plate if the baby does not want to. Adults should also remember that they should not continue eating if they have already felt full.

The doctor noted that it is important to focus on your feelings of hunger and trust your sensations.

After all, overeating only leads to unnecessary health problems, to weight problems.

As for the habit of overeating, it is easy to get rid of.

It is enough to cover the plate with a napkin or simply remove it from sight.

The thing is, the brain perceives food as a reward, but only if it sees it or smells the food.

A well-fed person will not care about the appetizing smell, but if he still sees the dish in front of him, then the information will still go to the brain, and hence the unconscious overeating.
