Gastroenterologist Sergei Vyalov spoke about the dangers of one popular drink.
We're talking about beer.
He told Rossiyskaya Gazeta in more detail about the harm caused by the product.
The problem is that many people think that such a drink is light and causes less harm. This is not true.
It is worth remembering that one bottle of beer is one and a half plates of porridge. Therefore, if you overdo it with such a drink, then over time fat will appear on the stomach, which will be difficult to remove.
Three bottles are already five bowls of porridge, but the product is still liquid, which means it may seem like there is no satiety.
That's why a person gains weight.
The problem is compounded by the fact that many people prefer high-calorie foods, such as beer, chips or cheese, as snacks.
Vyalov also noted in a conversation with journalists that if you regularly choose beer, you can get frequent headaches. Alcohol breakdown products are to blame.
