For some people, smoking a cigarette after a meal is considered a natural ritual.
But nicotine only complicates digestion, increases the level of acidity in the stomach and provokes heartburn.
In addition, as Slyunyaeva noted, you should not wear tight clothes after a heavy lunch or breakfast. The fact is that the stomach will tighten, which means that gastric juice will begin to be produced more actively. As a result, acid can get into the esophagus and problems with swallowing will arise.
