Cardiovascular diseases are becoming more common in younger people. People under 40 are increasingly facing such illnesses. The cause is most often found in habits that are harmful to health.

Cardiologist Alexander Kazachenko told Gazeta.Ru in more detail in his column.

First of all, the doctor singled out smoking. This habit is considered one of the most harmful and leads to a lot of serious problems.

At the same time, Kazachenko noted that passive smokers also often suffer from atherosclerosis.

Overeating, alcohol abuse, and the habit of treating oneself “with the help of Google” also lead to serious health problems.

It is very important not only to give up bad habits, but also to learn to relax and deal with stress. If you do not do this, your blood pressure may increase and the risk of atherosclerosis may increase.

The doctor noted in a conversation with journalists that a sedentary lifestyle is also destructive.

Physical activity should be present in the life of every person. Thanks to this, you can not only fight excess weight and improve your health, but you should also remember that sports are a universal antidepressant.
