Caviar is a very, very healthy product, but its immoderate consumption can be harmful.
Endocrinologist of the medical company SberZdorovye Daria Pronina told us how much caviar you can eat per day.
The doctor's advice is provided by the publication "Lenta.ru" .
As Pronina explained, caviar contains many microelements, in particular, iron, potassium, zinc, calcium, copper, sodium, and phosphorus.
They strengthen the immune system and improve the condition of bones, nails and hair.
Salmon caviar, the doctor continued, contains vitamins A, B, D and E.
Vitamin A, for example, is good for teeth and skin. Vitamin E improves the condition of mucous membranes and slows down aging.
In addition, salmon caviar is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids.
However, it is important to remember that caviar contains allergenic proteins and is contraindicated for those with fish allergies.
Caviar also contains a lot of salt, which increases blood pressure and causes swelling.
The recommended daily dose of caviar is approximately 20-25 g or 4 teaspoons, the endocrinologist clarified.
She advised combining caviar with light and low-fat foods – lemon, fresh onions, green salad.
