PP-candies: how to prepare sweets that you can eat even on a diet

Homemade sweets differ favorably from store-bought ones due to their natural composition and the absence of sugar and preservatives.

If you are on a diet but can’t resist sweets, use the recipes for healthy sweets from this article – they definitely won’t harm your figure.

Banana Candies

You will need 2-3 ripe bananas and 200 g of oatmeal. If desired, add cocoa and honey to the candies.

All ingredients should be chopped using a blender, then rolled into balls from the resulting mass and left in the refrigerator for several hours.

Spicy Ginger

They are prepared from dates and ginger (100 g of each product), a small amount of orange zest and orange juice and water (2 tablespoons each).

Dates need to be ground in a blender and beaten with grated ginger, zest, water and juice. Add almond flour to get a homogeneous mass, from which you need to form oval candies.

Candies made from dried apricots

Take 300 g of dried apricots, almonds (can be replaced with walnuts), 2 teaspoons of cocoa and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.

Mix the dried apricots, ground in a meat grinder, with crushed nuts and form balls from the resulting mass. You can put a nut inside each one, after which they should be rolled in sesame and cocoa powder.

Before trying dried apricot candies, keep them in the refrigerator for several hours.
