But if it is cereal, then it is necessary to rinse it in cold water several times until the water after rinsing becomes clear.
This way you can wash away all the dust and dirt that settles on the beans during the drying and processing process at the factory.
To preserve the benefits of oatmeal, they are poured into boiling liquid (water or milk).
From this moment on, they need to be cooked for 10-15 minutes.
Oatmeal takes much longer to cook – up to 40 minutes.
In both cases, the porridge will taste better if you cover it with a lid and let it sit in a warm place for a while.
