New Year is just around the corner. This means all-night feasts with a large variety of food and alcoholic drinks are expected.
Everything would be fine, but many are seriously worried about their figures. I really want, like everyone else, to try the holiday dishes, enjoy the delicacies...
And to the same extent, you don’t want to have extra kilos after a party. What should you do?
It turns out that you don’t need to do anything radical, for example, go on terrible diets or give up many dishes with all your might.
Or, on the contrary, throwing everything away, throw yourself headlong into consuming the products offered at the holiday tables.
We can do without all this. If we stick to some simple methods to avoid gaining excess weight.
Drink water. Add a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint for flavor.
Perhaps because of thirst you thought you were hungry. But in reality, what happens to most people is that they confused thirst with hunger.
As for cuts, baked beef, lightly salted pink salmon or coho salmon are recommended.
It is also worth taking care of the presence of vegetable and fruit slices on the festive table. They will definitely not harm your figure.
But refrain from side dishes (appetizers, salads, vegetables and fruits will replace them). Also, bread is a great substitute.
You shouldn't drink too much alcohol either. Firstly, you risk losing your sense of control and then eating everything on the table.
Secondly, alcoholic drinks are high in calories.
It is recommended to consume dry wines, and if you drink strong alcohol, add ice.
And, most importantly, you need to know your limits in everything. Both in alcohol and in food. Even on New Year's.
