Losing weight without hunger. For many, it sounds like a joke. But it works. Even if you eat whatever you want. The main thing is to drink water. Lots of water.
It acts as a quick appetite suppressant and encourages people to stop and not overeat.
A person losing weight automatically eats less, saves a lot of calories and does not feel hungry. The norm for an adult is 1900.
A glass (250 ml) of water at room temperature after waking up stimulates metabolism. Then you can use the following sample menu.
Toast slices of whole grain bread. Mix 50 g of cottage cheese (0.2%) with highly carbonated mineral water until creamy and spread over the toast slices.
Place 100 g of strawberries, cucumber or radish on top, cut into circles to taste.
With strawberries: 190 kcal. With cucumber or radish - even less.
350 ml of green tea replaces a glass of water for breakfast.
Peel and chop 125 g strawberries. Pour some lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar and 100 g well-chilled yoghurt (1.5%) into a tall container.
Grind into a fine puree using a hand blender. You can add non-carbonated mineral water until the desired consistency is achieved (110 kcal).
Before eating, you should drink 350 ml of water.
Chop the greens, finely dice 1 tomato and mix both ingredients with 150 g of cottage cheese (0.8%). Season with plenty of freshly ground pepper and a little salt.
Peel 500 g of asparagus and cook in water with a pinch of sugar until al dente.
Fry 125g turkey fillet in a non-stick frying pan with 1 teaspoon of hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Cut into slices and serve with asparagus and sauce (360 kcal).
Cut 250 g of peeled rhubarb into small pieces. Pour 100 ml of unsweetened apple juice and 150 ml of water, a little grated lemon zest and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar into a saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes (80 kcal).
Compote is best consumed cold.
Before dinner, drink 350 ml of water. Boil 1 egg hard and cut into slices.
Cut 50g iceberg lettuce into thin strips. Spread 1/2 teaspoon mustard on 2 slices of wholemeal bread (40g each) and top with egg slices.
Then put the salad and 40 g of boiled ham. Cover with the second slice of bread and cut in half diagonally (310 kcal).
If you don't have the opportunity to eat lunch at work during the day, you can swap it with dinner. The sandwich is easy to prepare and transport.
Distribute all the remaining water throughout the day and drink it when hunger strikes. If you strictly adhere to the daily regimen, you will be able to lose 500 grams per day without harming your health.
