During pregnancy, many women experience weight gain, which is a normal process as the body prepares for the birth of the baby.

However, after giving birth, many young mothers experience difficulties in losing weight.

Of course, this makes them nervous, but there is no reason to panic - instead, it is better to be patient.

The thing is that during pregnancy, weight gain is normal: on average, a woman can gain 9-14 kilograms, some of which is the baby itself, amniotic fluid and the enlarged uterus, while the other part consists of fatty tissue.

It accumulates, as a rule, in the abdomen and hips, protecting the fetus and providing an additional reserve of energy for the survival of the mother and child. This process is provided by nature and there is no point in fighting it.
