Day 1 consists of four meals, during which you will eat 400 g of corn (about 2 ears) and a salad of cucumber, tomato, carrot, bell pepper and fresh parsley, dill and green onions, seasoning the dish with olive oil.

Day 2: same as day 1.

Day 3: Reduce the portion of corn to 200 g and add vegetables and fruits to your diet (any except grapes and bananas).

Day 4: same as day 3.

If you don’t have fresh corn, replace it with corn porridge cooked in water, keeping to the correct volume.

Nutrition after diet

After completing the diet, in order to maintain the results achieved, you should not immediately include in your diet all the foods that you refused.

For breakfast, it is better to choose a piece of boiled chicken fillet or cheese, as these are healthy and low-calorie products. Fatty and high-calorie products are recommended to be consumed only after a week.
