How to Make Buckwheat Porridge with Banana Puree: An Unconventional Dessert Option When You're on a Diet

The recipe for buckwheat porridge with added banana puree can diversify the breakfast of those who are trying to lose extra pounds, because 100 grams of it contains a little more than 98 kcal.

This dish is suitable for those who love sweet buckwheat.

If you are one of these people, write down the ingredients needed to make this dessert. You will need:

  • 200 g buckwheat,
  • 500 ml of water,
  • 1 banana,
  • 40 g raisins.

The groats should be boiled in water until done. While the buckwheat is boiling, pour boiling water over the raisins and leave them like that for 10-15 minutes.

The banana should be mashed. You will need a blender for this. If you cannot achieve the desired consistency and the banana puree is too thick, you can add a small amount of water.

After this, all that remains is to mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
