A reading between 18.5 and 24.9 is considered healthy.
If you get a number from 25.0 to 29.9, you can safely diagnose yourself as overweight, and anything above 30.0 is already obesity.
The next indicator is measured using the formula: WTO = Waist circumference (cm) (just above the navel) / height (cm).
If your waist to height ratio is 0.5 or higher, there are health risks.
