Many of us strive for an ideal figure and are looking for ways to keep our weight under control.
However, it is not always possible to resist the temptation and give up sweets. In this case, dietary recipes come to the rescue, which allow you to enjoy your favorite dishes without harming your figure.
One of them is banana cookies, which have become especially popular among those losing weight.
To prepare it you will need:
First, grind the flakes in a blender until they become fine crumbs.
The banana and cottage cheese also need to be turned into a homogeneous mass using a blender.
Now combine the banana-curd mixture with the crushed flakes and mix thoroughly. Put the resulting dough in the refrigerator for one hour.
After the specified time, form small balls from the cooled banana dough with wet hands. Each of them should be rolled in coconut flakes, distributing it evenly over the surface of the future cookies.
Place the prepared items on a baking sheet, previously coated with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the baking sheet with cookies in there for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
