During weight loss, many people try to remove excess fat from their diet. At the same time, when preparing meat, they also trim off excess fat from the product.

But you shouldn't do that.

Therapist Irina Baranova spoke in more detail about why it is better to avoid such treatment.

The Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper writes about this in more detail.

She explained that fats should not be separated, but rather combined with proteins so that they are better absorbed.

The specialist added that vegetable oil should also be added to salads. You should not refuse such dressing even if the salad is served as a side dish to meat.

"If you don't eat protein but you eat fat, some of the fat will still remain undigested," Baranova said.

She emphasized that you need to choose the right fats. You also need to try to combine products correctly, otherwise you can cause problems with bile, which will lead to problems.

“Fats may remain undecomposed, which has negative consequences for the body,” the doctor added.

Earlier we talked about whether it is possible to eat raw meat.
