Popcorn is a snack that is perfect for when you want to eat something crunchy.

However, corn contains vitamins A, B, E, as well as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, and fiber, which are good for health.

But if you don’t want such a treat to have a negative impact on your figure, then you need to remember some simple rules.

For example, you should make popcorn yourself from whole grains in the oven.

It is better to use cold-pressed vegetable oil as a dressing. A small amount is enough.

You can add some herbs or spices, which will make the treat more appetizing, said nutritionist Antonina Starodubova, RIA Novosti reports.

You also need to remember that popcorn is a high-calorie treat, which means you shouldn’t eat too much of this delicacy per day.

The doctor also said that the serving size of popcorn should be no more than 50-60 grams.
