Many people have been accustomed since childhood to the rule that soup is a dish that should always be in the diet.
But should this rule be followed in adulthood?
Therapist Daria Utyumova gave the answer to this question.
She noted that soups should be eaten regularly.
The doctor emphasized that a person who does not have acute or chronic gastrointestinal diseases should eat soup two to three times a week, writes the Izvestia publication.
Utyumova spoke about the advantages of the dish, adding that boiled vegetables retain their beneficial properties, and also emphasized that soups are easily digestible and contain fewer calories when compared to fried, stewed or baked foods.
In addition, the specialist emphasized that soups should be prepared using vegetables or lean meats.
If you want to please yourself and your household with meat broth, it is better to drain the first water.
