The doctor recommended that weather-sensitive people include foods with a high content of vitamins A, C and P in their diet. They have a positive effect on blood vessels and the nervous system.
These products include eggs, beef liver, butter, caviar, bell peppers, citrus fruits, rose hips, sea buckthorn, black currants, and carrots.
It is also recommended to eat foods rich in B vitamins: fish, beef, milk, cottage cheese, broccoli, spinach, green beans, bananas, almonds, avocado, celery, grain bread.
